„The popular Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban do an excellent job of enabling teams to deliver a refined and ordered backlog. The steps that precede the delivery such as project/program organization, bids and requirements gathering, all constructed and delivered with an intense user-centric focus, not have been addressed within these frameworks.

D&E is amongst the newly forming class of Complexity Frameworks that embrace and supersede the existing Agile frameworks. In this workshop, we learn and practice delivering the following in an Agile and Digital environment:

• Structure and execution of the D&E framework
• End-to-end value chain and corresponding requirements
• Quantification of the users’ existing experience
• Formulating a proposed direction to innovate and deliver a product/new experience

There are two “flavors” of the course: 1) SAP Product Delivery and Customization and 2) Software Development.

The training is delivered in a “workshop-style” so that participants spend upwards of 75% of the time applying the concepts and performing activities based on their actual work.“

Agile Wednesday: Visual Management
